- Does the system work without a plan?
- Yes. On Free, the Brain still detects people and vehicles, records 24/7, sends alerts, follows people across cameras and lets you watch live and rewind from anywhere. Paid plans add the cloud AI: written analysis, AI siren decisions, voice talk-down, daily summaries, the assistant and cloud backup.
- What happens after the 30-day trial?
- Every new system starts with 30 days of AI Guard free. Then the plan you picked at checkout starts. We remind you before it does, and you can change or cancel any time in the app or online. With no plan, your system keeps running on Free.
- What's an "analysis"?
- Each time the cloud AI looks at an event (a frame or a video clip), that's one analysis. Most homes use far fewer than their allowance. If you ever run out, alerts switch to quick descriptions until the month resets: detection, recording, the siren and the spotlight never stop.
- How does the lifetime warranty work?
- Every PerimeterEye device comes with a 12-month warranty. On Standard, Heavy or AI Guard, your hardware is covered for as long as you stay on the plan, replacements and shipping included.
- Can I add more cloud storage?
- Yes, on any paid plan: extra space for clips, billed monthly.
